This could mean finishing the scene you started while completing the exercises or you could start a brand new project! Either way, I strongly suggest you take the time to gather inspiration and make a unique project of your own. Make sure to keep track of your progress with different pictures of each step. It would be great if you could also explain the choices you've made along the way and tell me if you have any doubts. This will help me understand your creative process and guide you better if you need advice. Planning Plan out the sequence and choose or film your own footage.

The 3D Camera Track the footage in SynthEyes and export a 3D camera.
The 3D Scene Import your tracked camera and layout your 3D scene in Maya by creating or importing 3D objects. Then, animate the objects in your scene.
Lighting and Textures Set up the lighting with Redshift, then assign materials and textures to the 3D objects and add some final touches to the whole.
The Render Setup the various render layers and AOVs and render out your scene using Redshift. Once that is done, you can import the files into After Effects and composite everything together.
